COMPANY HISTORY

Zero International was established in the USA in 1924 by two Hungarian immigrants who, starting out with “nothing”, named their new company “Zero”. For over 80 years, Zero has been designing and manufacturing door and window sealing systems, and is known worldwide for its acoustic “soundtrap” systems. As the company has grown, so we have added specialist products designed specifically for these markets, and this website shows our product package as it stands today. It does not show all the products available, so please contact us if you require something out of the ordinary. The ZEROplus range is exactly what it says – Zero sealing systems for doors and windows plus other products that are specified by architects and used for door openings.

QUALITY PRODUCTS

Our product range now extends to virtually all products that can be fitted to a door; in fact we sell everything except the door! Not just seals to seal it, but hinges to hang it, stays to limit it, bolts to bolt it, intumescent to fireproof it, panic bolts to exit it, louvres to ventilate it, vision frames to let light through it, closers and floorsprings to close it, and door handles to operate it. Ancillary products now include finger protection strips, letter plates, door viewers, sliding door gear, door selectors, glass, louvre mesh, glazing tapes, frame fasteners, privacy screens and a lot more besides.

SERVICE & STOCKS

We take pride in our service to our customers. Indeed, our business reputation has been built on the service levels we offer. Over the years we have steadily increased stocks to meet demand and maintain service levels and we now occupy three adjacent warehouses near Stafford. However we do recognise that we are not perfect, and that mistakes can happen. If something doesn’t go according to plan we will always do our utmost to put it right as quickly as possible.

TEAM ZERO

All our staff are hands-on and have spent time working in our warehouses and handling the products we sell. This means they can offer full product technical support whether on the phone, by email, or face to face.
