3-D Adjustable Project Hinges
To complement the new ZEROplus range of ball bearing hinges, we also offer the following range of CE compliant extra heavy duty concealed ball bearing stainless steel Project hinges. These hinges are special in design, they have a standard leaf on one side to fit to the door but the frame leaf is un-like a standard hinge in that it actually has fixing lugs which insert into a separate Frame Box. This unique mounting method offers 3-D adjustment of the hinge by means of allen key and easy installation in the trickiest environments. Another advantage of these hinges is that manufacture of the frame and door leaf can be carried out in different locations and then easily married up on site. They have dual concealed ball bearings for smooth operation and all hinges comply with BS EN1935 and are CE marked. Screws not supplied.
