Zero Seal Systems

New to ZEROplus is a range of high quality heavy-duty Euro Profile lock cases, with 60mm backset and 72mm centres.  Manufactured in accordance with DIN 18251. Modular in design meaning one door prep suits all functions, the range offers a heavy sprung stainless steel clamping follower, solid stainless steel latch & dead bolts, reversible latchbolt and a one piece stainless steel square forend. The latchbolt is light sprung for easy operation and is also guided, while the dead bolt has a 20mm double throw. The existing range offers the 4 main functions; sashlock, deadlock, latch & nightlatch with an escape lock coming soon.

They have been successfully fire tested on 30 minute 44mm thick timber doors and also 60 minute 54mm thick timber doors to BS EN 1634.1: 2000. A ZEROplus Intumescent lock pack must be used for 60 minute fire resistance.  Fire testing on steel doors to EN1634.1 and also independent CE marking to EN12209 is pending.
