Zero Seal Systems

The advanced SLID.85 and SLID.125 systems are designed to suit sliding wooden or metal doors weighing up to 85 kg and 125 kg per panel respectively. They feature an anodised and lacquered aluminium top track. SLID.85 has “SLID-fricción” friction bearings whereas SLID.125 has ball bearings. There are two versions of the system:

• Standard top-plate type, for doors with pelmets.
• “Retrac” suspension profile type, for room dividers without pelmets (with both sides visible), 3 mm minimum top gap.

MAXIMUM LEAF WEIGHT : 85kg for SLID.85 and 125kg for SLID.125

MINIMUM DOOR THICKNESS : 35mm for both systems

OR 3502 : SLID.85 “RETRACTIL” door fittings pack for one 85kg sliding door (recessed) comprising 2 rollers, 2 adjustment bolts and blocks, 2 attachment brackets, 2 brake stops, 1 guide, screws and mounting instructions (designed for pocket doors)

3594 : SLID.85/SLID.125 silver aluminium bottom guide channel, mill finish, 3 metres long

3531 : SLID.85/SLID.125 track wall bracket, to be mounted every 500mm (optional for track side fixing)

3674 : Bottom roller guide, zinc plate, nylon rubber (optional)
