Custom Shape Vision Frames
Lo-Pro rectangular vision panels can also be manufactured in different shapes when something out of the ordinary is required. These include the LoPro-R racetrack pattern and LoPro-RD segmented half circle pattern. However there are many custom shapes available to special order (ref LoPro-CS) They use 44mm sheet metal screws that pass through the door cut-out and self-attach to the opposite side of the vision frame, thus eliminating the need to drill the door for through bolts and saving installation time and labour. This provides a neat concealed fixing on one side, free of fasteners for added security and a cleaner more aesthetic appearance.

MATERIAL : 20 GA. Cold rolled steel as standard, also available Grade 304 stainless steel to order. Special security fasteners are available.
FINISH : Galvanised grey primed as standard, other finishes available.
DOOR THICKNESS : For 44-46mm thick metal or timber doors.
GLASS THICKNESS : 6mm as standard. Glass pocket of 10mm allows for glazing tape to be used on one or both sides of the glass.
AESTHETICS : Tight mitred corners, bevelled glass stop and low profile, provide a clean tapered look.

LoPro-R LOW PROFILE OVAL METAL VISION FRAME “RACETRACK” PATTERN
The LoPro-R is a combination of spun and roll formed section which gives the shape of a “racetrack”. It is available from stock in the three sizes. Other widths x heights available to special order. Minimum width 203mm (102mm radius). For smaller widths FGS-75R version must be used.

LoPro-RD LOW PROFILE HALF CIRCLE METAL VISION FRAME “SEGMENTED” PATTERN
Similar In design to the LoPro-R above, the LoPro-RD is a segmented circle. It is not quite a half-circle, but when used on pairs of entrance doors they give a stunning circular appearance. It is only available in the three sizes. Please advise left hand or right hand when ordering.
