Zero is pleased to announce it is now stocking Secustrip anti-jemmy strips. “We are very excited about the Secustrip product. It features two interlocking steel profiles which are fitted to the outside of the door and the side of the door frame, and fit together when the door is closed, protecting the gap between the door and frame against intrusion” said Sales Director Mark Lockley. “They are ingeniously designed to make forced entry by jemmy, crowbar or screw driver more difficult at the leading edge of the door where the lock is fitted.”
This proven product is available from Stafford stock in two designs; Type 2 for inward opening doors and Type 3 for outward opening doors. They can be cut to size on site to suit the door height.
The strips are made from zinc plated mild steel and are epoxy powder coated white (RAL9010) or brown (RAL8014). They can be used on new build or retrofit projects and are ideal for use on doors where security has already been compromised and a damaged door edge needs to be concealed.
